Learn how to turn your existing documents into a complete Beeline by asking Claude or ChatGPT.
With Claude or ChatGPT connected to your Beeline workspace through the Beeline connector, you can build a full training course, a Beeline, from documents you already have. You do the asking in your assistant, and it builds straight onto your Beeline workspace. You share your content, guide it through a few simple steps, and review the result. If you can write a message, you can build a course.
This is different from AI-Assisted Build, where Zeno helps you build inside Beeline. Here the building happens in Claude or ChatGPT, and the connector does the work on Beeline for you.

Before you start
You'll need an admin or manager account, with Claude or ChatGPT already connected to your workspace through the Beeline connector. Your Client Success Manager switches the connector on for your workspace, and the setup steps are in Connecting AI Assistants to Your Beeline Workspace (MCP). If your assistant can't see your workspace, that's where to start.
Have your source documents ready. Any of these work:
- A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), policy or checklist
- A PowerPoint presentation or PDF manual
- A transcript from a recorded training session or meeting
- Any written content about the topic you want to train on
How to build the structure
- Start a fresh conversation and say what you're building. Ask the assistant to wait until you've shared everything: "I need to build a Beeline on [topic]. I'll share all the source documents first. Please wait until I've shared everything before you start building."
- Confirm your workspace, especially if your organisation has more than one: "Please confirm you're connected to the [Company Name] workspace before we start."
- Share all your source documents at once. Upload the files, paste a link, or paste the text straight into the chat. Then tell the assistant: "Here are all the source documents for this course."
- Ask for the outline first. Be specific about who the course is for: "Please build a Beeline based on these documents for [audience]. Plan the structure first and show me the outline before you start building." The assistant proposes the sections and asks you to confirm before it creates anything.
- Confirm the outline. The assistant creates the Beeline with its sections and cells, still empty, and shares a link so you can open it in the builder. It then asks whether you'd like the content written now.
How to write the content
- Ask it to write every lesson from your source material: "Yes. Write the lesson content for every cell from the source documents, and build the Knowledge Check questions from the same material." The assistant writes each lesson in turn and adds the quiz questions. This takes a few minutes; it will tell you when it's done.
- Ask for a summary if it hasn't given one: "Give me a summary of the course: the sections, lessons and what each one covers." Check that the main topics are covered and the order makes sense for your learners.
