In this guide you'll learn how to connect an AI assistant — like Claude — straight to your Beeline workspace, what it can do once it's connected, and how your data stays protected.

Who this is for: workspace Admins and Managers — learners can't connect. The connector also has to be switched on for your workspace by Beeline before you can use it. Your Client Success Manager can do that in a couple of minutes.

🤖 What the connector does

Beeline can plug straight into an AI assistant like Claude (in Cowork, the desktop app, or claude.ai). Once it's connected to your workspace, you can just ask — in plain language — and Claude does the work for you inside Beeline: building and editing training content, designing job roles and KPIs (Role Pack), organising your groups and people, and pulling live reporting and insights.

Think of it as giving Claude a set of Beeline "hands". It always acts as you, within your permissions, and in one workspace at a time — so it can only ever do what you could already do yourself in the platform.

✨ What you can do with it

Here's what you can ask for, with a real example of each:

🔌 How to connect

Step 1 — Ask Beeline to switch it on. The connector is off by default. Your Client Success Manager enables it for your workspace — a one-time step. (Nothing is exposed until this is done.)
