Below, you'll find a checklist to assist you in troubleshooting and resolving any issues. Simply follow the steps to get back on track with your learning.
Having trouble viewing content? Not to worry! Use the checklist below to diagnose and resolve any issues:
✅ Troubleshooting Checklist:

Confirm the user exists within the platform:
- Navigate to the Users page within the Admin section on the platform. Here, you can search for the user to see if they are listed.
- If the user does not exist, please refer to our guide on adding new users to your workspace to create a new user account.

Check if the user is part of any groups:
- Still on the Users page, you can review which groups the user belongs to.
- If the user is not part of any groups, see our guide on how to manage group memberships to add them to the appropriate groups.

Verify content assignments to the user's group:
- Visit the Groups page to check if there is content assigned to the user's group.
- If no content is assigned to the group, refer to our guide on assigning content to groups to allocate the necessary learning materials.

Ensure the group has access to necessary libraries:
- On the Groups page, make sure that the group has access to the libraries they need.
- If the group lacks access to any libraries, consult our guide on managing library access for groups.
