In this article you'll set up your workspace and learn what each Admin settings section controls.
Your workspace settings are the organisation-wide control centre for your Beeline platform — your branding, the features you use, integrations, and more. (This is different from a single Beeline's settings, which only affect that one course.) Find them under Admin → Settings. Only admins can see and change them.

💡 Pro tip: Setting up a new workspace? Start in General — add your organisation name and logo and switch on the features you'll use. Everything else can be refined later.
The settings are grouped down the left of the page.
Core settings
- General — your organisation's name and website, your logos, and Features & Capabilities (switch platform features on or off for your organisation).
- Notifications — your organisation's default notification rules: what triggers emails and reminders for learners and managers.
- Branding — your logos, colours, and visual identity, including custom names for points and rewards.
Connect
- Integrations — connect your workspace to external apps and services to extend what it can do. The Connected tab shows what's active; Available (or Browse Available Integrations) shows what you can add.
- Public Platform — settings for any public-facing content, such as a public library or academy.
Learning experience
- Performance — organisation-level settings for performance management.
- Gamification & CPD — turn on points (nectar), badges, and leaderboards, and configure CPD points.
- Custom Fields — define your own fields to capture extra information about your users.
- Onboarding — shape the first-run experience new users see when they join.
System
- Data Hygiene — tools to keep your user data clean and organised. For example, Duplicate Detection scans for and helps you resolve duplicate user accounts.
- 🔴 Danger Zone — irreversible, organisation-wide actions, such as deleting your organisation. 🔴 Actions here cannot be undone — only use them if you're certain, and check with your Beeline contact or support first if you're unsure.
