Beeline uses a multi-channel approach to ensure important messages are seen. Based on the urgency of a notification, we can deliver it through one or more of the following channels:

New Comment When someone comments on a user's post. "John Smith commented on your post”
Mention in Feed When a user is @mentioned in a post or comment. "Sarah Johnson mentioned you in a post”
Document Shared When another user shares a document directly. "Alex Rodriguez shared ‘Project Proposal’ with you”
Added to a Group When a user is added to a new group or team. "Lisa Chen added you to Marketing Team”

New Content Assigned When a course, lesson, or resource is assigned. "Mike Davis assigned you ‘Safety Training Course’”
Deadline Reminder When an assignment's due date is approaching. “‘Compliance Training’ is due tomorrow”
Content is Overdue Sent daily when a user's assigned content is past its due date. “‘Monthly Report’ was due yesterday”
Certificate Earned When a user successfully completes a certification. “You earned ‘Advanced Safety Training’”
Certificate Expiring When a user's certificate is nearing its expiration date. “Your ‘First Aid Certification’ expires in 30 days”
