In this article you'll learn how to navigate your Beeline workspace and find what you need.

Beeline is built for straightforward, easy-to-access learning. Once you know the three main areas — your Dashboard, the left-hand menu, and your profile and support options — you'll be able to move around with confidence.

🏠 Your Dashboard

Your workspace opens on the Dashboard — your home base, and the page you return to whenever you click Home in the menu.

It brings together everything you need to stay on track: an Action Needed panel for overdue lessons and unread announcements, your assigned learning with a progress bar, the latest posts in your Feed, upcoming Events, and a Leaderboard.

🧭 The left-hand menu

The menu down the left-hand side is how you move between the main areas of the platform. The top group, Home, is visible to everyone:

• 📊 Dashboard — return to your home base at any time.
• 🎓 My Learning — everything assigned to you; pick up where you left off.
• 🔨 My Building — content you're creating or editing, if you build on Beeline.
• 📚 Library — resources shared with your groups; search by category or tag.
• 👥 Members — other people in your groups, with profiles where enabled.
• 📰 Feed — posts and announcements for your groups, where enabled.
• 📅 Events — upcoming and past events, where enabled.

If you manage a group or administer your organisation, you'll also see a Manage group and an Admin group below. These hold the tools for overseeing users, groups, performance, and reporting, and only appear if you hold those roles.

Use the arrow at the top of the menu to collapse it to a strip of icons, or expand it again to show the labels.
