In this article you'll review your team members against their KPIs and, where your organisation uses it, run the final calibration conversation.

Your organisation runs performance reviews on Beeline. As a manager, you complete a manager review for each of your team members after they've done their self-review. Your organisation uses one of two flows: a two-step flow (self-review, then your review — done) or a three-step flow that adds a final calibration conversation where you and your team member agree the ratings together. This guide covers both.

Where to do this: the manager review and queue work on mobile, but the three-step final review is best on a laptop or desktop because of its side-by-side, three-column view.

Where everything lives: Mission Control

Your home base is Mission Control, under Performance in the left sidebar (then the Team tab). At the top, four tiles: Reviews Complete, Need Attention, Team Score, and Team Members. Below them, three sub-tabs:

Step 1: Your team's self-reviews

You don't do anything here — your team members rate themselves first. As each one submits, you'll get a notification and their row in the Action Queue gains a Review button.

Step 2: Your manager review

Open a team member's review (click Review in the Action Queue, or find them under Review Cycles → the active cycle). Rate them against each KPI based on your own observations, and be specific in your written feedback — "You kept comms tight on the X rollout" lands harder than "Good job." Your progress auto-saves. Click Submit Manager Review when done.

Whether you see your team member's self-review at this stage depends on your organisation's setting:

What happens after you submit depends on your flow:

Step 3: The final calibration conversation (three-step only)
