Track how your managed groups are performing — members, activity, completions and top content, all in one view.

As a manager, your dashboard shows performance data for the groups you manage, rather than the whole workspace. It refreshes hourly, so the numbers stay close to live. This guide walks you through each part of the screen and how to filter it.

Open your dashboard

1. In the left-hand menu, find the Manage section.
2. Click Dashboard.

Choose what you're looking at

Two controls at the top right shape everything below them.

• Time range — pick the period to report on, from Last 7 Days through to Previous Year. It defaults to Last 30 Days.
• Group filter — defaults to All your groups. Choose a single group to focus the whole dashboard on it.

Your key numbers

Four cards across the top give you the headline figures:

• Team Members — how many people are in the groups you manage.
• Active Users — how many have been active in the selected period, and their share of your total.
• Completion Rate — the percentage of assigned content that's been completed.
• Your Groups — how many groups you manage.

Cards marked LIVE update in real time; 30D reflects the chosen time range. Each card also shows the change against the previous period.
