Reporting shows data for the groups you manage, not the whole workspace. It's organised into three tabs — Learners, Groups and Content — so you can look at progress from whichever angle you need. Group totals refresh periodically (a banner shows when); the detailed views are real-time.

In the left-hand menu, open the Manage section and click Reporting. You'll land on the Learners tab by default.
The Learners tab is people-centric: it shows all training assigned to learners in your groups. Four cards summarise Learners, Assigned, Completed and Completion.
Use the tools above the table to focus in:
Click any learner to open their profile. The Learning tab there shows their Beelines and Assessments progress, read-only.
The Groups tab opens on Group Overview, with cards for Total Groups, Total Learners, Completion (All Content), New Learners (30d) and Overdue Items. Below, your groups are split by classification (such as General and Department), each row showing members, completion, learners At Risk, and the newest member.
Click a group to open its detail view: enrolment, average progress, assessment performance and overdue items up top, then a filterable learner table and tabs for Learners, Assigned Content, Feedback, Events, Surveys, Activity Timeline and Performance.
