1. Navigate to Your Course

Start by opening your course in the Beeline builder. Make sure all your lessons and sections are in place.

2. Choose Where to Add the Feedback Form

It’s best to add your feedback form near the end of the course – for example, in a final section like “Wrapping Up” or “Conclusion.”

3. Add a New Cell

Within the appropriate section:

• Click + Add Cell
• Give it a clear name like “Feedback” or “Learner Feedback” so you can find it easily later.

4. Change the Cell Type

• Click into the new cell.
• In the top-left corner, find the cell type dropdown menu.
• Select “Learner Feedback Form” from the list.
• When prompted, confirm that you want to switch the cell type.
