How do I update and reset my password?

Change your own password, reset it if you're locked out, or reset a password for a user you manage.

There are a few ways to handle passwords on Beeline, depending on whether you're updating your own or helping someone else. Find the situation that matches yours below.

Change your own password

If you're logged in and simply want a new password:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  2. On the Account tab, find Password and click Change.
  3. Enter your new password and save.

Reset your password if you're locked out

Forgotten your password and can't log in? Use a magic link to get back in:

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?.
  2. On the Reset Password screen, choose Email or Mobile.
  3. Enter the email or phone number linked to your account, then click Send Magic Link.
  4. Open the link in your email or SMS and follow it to set a new password.

The magic link is time-limited, so use it as soon as it arrives. If it doesn't come through, check your spam folder or contact support or contact your Manager.

Reset a password for someone you manage

Managers and Admins can help a locked-out user from the Users page. Managers see the users in their groups; admins can help any user across all groups — the steps are the same for both.

  1. Go to Users page and find the user, using search or the filters to locate them.
  2. Open the menu at the end of their row.
