Reach the Beeline team from your web workspace, the mobile app, or by email whenever you need help.

If something isn't working or you have a question, you're never stuck. Pick whichever option below suits you, and a member of our team will respond in email as soon as possible.

Try this first: many questions are answered in the Knowledge Hub (open the ? menu and select Knowledge Hub), and the support chat bubble in the corner of your workspace gives you instant help.


🌐 Get support on the web

To log a support ticket from your web workspace:

  1. Click the ? icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. In the Need Help? menu, select Log a Support Ticket.
  3. The Contact Support panel opens in the bottom-right corner.
  4. If your issue relates to a beta feature, choose it from the Is this related to a beta? dropdown.
  5. Describe your issue in the Tell us about your issue box.
  6. Add a screenshot under Attachments — drag and drop, or click Upload a screenshot.
  7. Click Send. Prefer to chat? Click WhatsApp Us instead.

📱 Get support in the mobile app

To contact support from the app:

  1. Tap Menu in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Under Support, tap Contact Support.
