The 3-Stage Process
The Storyboard is divided into three distinct parts. This structure ensures we align on strategy before moving to production, saving time and preventing costly rework.
Part 1: The Course Blueprint (Strategy) π§
- The Goal: Define the "Why" and the "Who" before the "What".
- Key Inputs: You will define the Primary Business Objective (e.g., reducing onboarding time by 25%), the target Audience (from literacy levels to job roles), and the Course Type (Micro, Standard, or Extended).
- Source Materials: List your final, curated source documents here. This allows us to ignore outdated info and focus on what matters.
- Milestone 1: Blueprint Sign-off. Once approved, the strategy is locked, and we move to outlining.
Part 2: The Course Outline (Structure) πΊοΈ
- The Goal: Map the skeleton of the course.
- Key Actions: We define the Learning Objectives and map out the specific Sections and Lessons. This ensures the flow is logical before writing a single word of content.
- Milestone 2: Outline Sign-off. Approval here confirms the structure is final.
Part 3: The Lesson Content (Creation) βοΈ
- The Goal: Flesh out the course with engaging scripts and media.
