The Storyboard Process 🚀

This template is built around a structured, multi-stage process. Following this process ensures clarity, alignment, and efficiency.

• Provide Clear Inputs: 📂 The quality of the course depends on the quality of the inputs. Providing final, up-to-date, and curated source materials is key to a smooth process.
• Follow the Stages: ➡️ The template is broken into three parts: Blueprint, Outline, and Content. Each part builds on the last.
• Respect the Milestones: ✍️ Formal sign-off at each approval milestone is crucial. It finalises that part of the work and prevents costly rework later. Changes requested after a stage has been signed off may need to be treated as a change in scope.
