In this article you'll build your Beeline's structure — its sections and cells — before you add any content.
A Beeline is made of sections and cells. Think of sections as the chapters or modules of your course, and cells as the building blocks inside them — a lesson, a quiz, a resource, and so on. Learners move through the Beeline one cell at a time, unlocking the next as they go. The trick to building well is to get the whole structure in place first.

Before you write or paste anything, build your course skeleton: create every section, add every cell, name them clearly, and set each cell's type. Don't add content yet. A clear structure up front prevents confusion, reduces rework, and makes the whole Beeline easier to navigate. Only once the skeleton matches your storyboard should you start adding content.
Open your Beeline in Build Mode and look at the Structure panel on the left — it lists your sections and the cells inside them. A new Beeline starts with one default section.
Inside each section, add the cells you need.
Repeat until every cell from your outline exists. At this point your Beeline should mirror your full storyboard — even though the cells are still empty.
New cells default to the Editor type (a standard content lesson). To change a cell's type, use the Type dropdown in the top toolbar and pick what you need:
