Before sharing content, you will need to organise your users into Groups. Groups are collections of learners streamlined for easy management of content assignment, resources and library access, and reporting.

Once a group is created, you can easily assign content or grant library access to its members.

What does assigning content mean?

☝️Assigning Content: Assigning content means specifically selecting learning materials, such as Beelines or Cells, that a user or group must complete. This is often tracked for completion and can have deadlines associated with it. Learners will be see that content has been assigned to them.
